Any company interested in e-Invoice testing can request access to the test environment and begin preparing for, learning about, and testing the processes for issuing and receiving e-Invoices.

For initial testing, ERP integration is not required because the Public Revenue Office has provided a web application through which companies can test processes directly in the official test environment.

Before receiving access to the test platform, you need to complete several steps described below.

Step 1: Review the Documentation

The complete documentation for the e-Invoice project is available at:

If you are an ERP partner, IT company, or a user planning integration, you will also find the technical specifications there.

Step 2: Request Participation in Testing

To prepare your company for participation in the test environment, the Public Revenue Office (PRO) requires some basic information about the taxpayer and the individual responsible for testing.

For this purpose, send an email to:

You may use the following example:

Предмет: Барање за вклучување во тестирање на системот е-Фактура

Почитувани,

Заинтересирани сме да се вклучиме во тестирањето на системот е-Фактура за нашата компанија.

Назив на компанија: ___________________________

Даночен број (ЕДБ): ___________________________

Адреса: ___________________________

Одговорно лице за тестирање: ___________________________

Работно место: ___________________________

Емаил адреса: _______________________

Ве молиме да не' вклучите во тестната околина и да не' информирате за следните чекори потребни за започнување на тестирањето.

Ви благодариме.

Со почит,

Step 3: Wait for the PRO to Prepare Your Workspace

After receiving the request, the PRO prepares a workspace for your company in the test environment.

At this stage, no additional actions are required other than following the instructions received from the PRO.

Step 4: Configure Test Users

Once the workspace is ready, the company may:

  • add users;

  • assign privileges;

  • define roles;

  • register certificates for testing.

This can be done at the following address: https://eujptest.ujp.gov.mk/ureg

Step 5: Start Testing

The test platform is available at:

Through the web application you can test:

  • creation of an e-Invoice;

  • sending;

  • receipt;

  • acceptance;

  • rejection;

  • cancellation.

Start Preparing Today

Even if you do not yet have an ERP integration or a specific e-Invoice integration project, that does not mean you should wait.

The test web application was created specifically so that companies can gradually become familiar with the processes and identify the required organizational and technical changes in a timely manner.

The first step is simple: send a request to the PRO, wait for your workspace to be prepared, and begin testing the processes that will become part of daily operations with e-Invoices.
