Skopje 30.11.2022. Login Systems announces that it has successfully migrated two Norwegian companies from Microsoft Dynamics NAV to a newer version of Microsoft's popular ERP system, Business Central.
"The whole procedure lasted a little over two months. First, we prepared the data for transmission, and then processed the specifics/customizations of the previous system in the new AL language used by the new Business Central." explains Venko Gligorov, the lead migration consultant. "After we did this, users ended up using the previous system on Friday, and we ensured that the following Monday they start working on Business Central."
Although the two Norwegian companies are different in their operations, one is manufacturing and the other is mostly trade company, they co-operate on a daily basis. For this purpose, they use True Commerce's Electronic Data Exchange (EDI) solution, which is integrated with Business Central. To take bank statements and prepare payments, companies use Continia Payment Management solution.
In upgrading Business Central-based business systems, Login Systems uses its own data migration tools as well as its experience in Business Central upgrades to over thirty companies in several European regions including Macedonia.
Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central is an integrated accounting and business software system that meets the needs of successful small and medium-sized enterprises in Europe and the world. This system is an extension of successful Microsoft-Navision and Dynamics NAV business packages.
