Effective October 1, 2022, there will be changes regarding Business Central on-premises deployments:

Microsoft will increase the on-premises Enhancement Plan fee from 16% to 17%. This increase applies to new customers from October 1st, 2022 and to all renewals of existing customers on or after October 1st, 2022.

The “on Azure” discount for on-premises subscriptions will no longer apply for new customers. This change applies to orders submitted to Microsoft on and after October 1, 2022. At the moment, existing customers are excluded from this change.
