Skopje, September 9, 2025 – The LSM Macedonian Localization Base App for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central now includes KIPO reporting automation – the Quarterly Report on Receivables and Payables from Commercial Operations with Non-Residents, which is a mandatory requirement of the National Bank of the Republic of North Macedonia (NBRNM). This new functionality brings the entire preparation process inside Business Central, enabling data aggregation, grouping, and validation in a dedicated worksheet, followed by export to the official XML format for electronic submission to the NBRNM.
KIPO reporting is a regulatory obligation for selected companies, requiring disclosure of receivables and payables with non-resident partners, by currency and country, and categorized according to official sections A1–A7 (receivables) and B1–B7 (payables). Traditionally, this process involved manual spreadsheets and time-consuming reconciliations. With the new feature in the LSM Base App, data is pulled directly from customer and vendor ledgers, grouped by category, currency, and country, and displayed in an aggregate view suitable for reporting, with the option to drill down to individual entries for verification and audit.

The solution includes configurable rules for rounding, overdue thresholds, and sign conventions to ensure compliance with the official form. Once the user applies the quarterly date filter and reviews the worksheet, the system generates an official XML file, ready for electronic submission. This approach keeps the entire process within Business Central, eliminating the need for external tools or manual templates.
The integration of KIPO reporting into the LSM Macedonian Localization Base App is part of a broader set of localization features – including G/L posting aligned with Macedonian accounting regulations, VAT statements and adapted financial reports, as well as bank statement import and reconciliation – providing companies in North Macedonia with a unified, compliant, and efficient ERP experience.
